解密中远牵手SeaEnergy

SERL是伦交所惟一一家主业为海上风能的上市公司SeaEnergy旗下子公司，拥有SERL的八成股份。

7月13日下午，SeaEnergy的创始人兼公司主席SteveRemp与SERL的首席执行官JoelStaadecker共同接受本报专访，解密与中远的牵手。

与中远合作市场机会相当多

《21世纪》预计双方正式合作何时展开？是否会牵扯到SERL向NCSC转让相关技术？

Staadecker我们同NCSC是经历了一年的合格合作后才有了这个合作协议，现在我们需要做的优先步是依靠双方基于长期商业关系来建立产品手册。谈到技术转让的问题，很高兴能把我们的海上风电技术带到还是处女地的海上风电市场并合作。

《21世纪》未来双方将重点拓展哪些市场？

Staadecker仅在英国市场，到2020年对风力发电能力的规划将达到4.8万兆瓦，其中50%的市场将是我们和NCSC有机会参与的。这4.8万兆瓦意味着将有9000到10000个涡轮，我们可能获得的份额在6000个左右，这将是我们和NCSC合作的重点。欧洲的目标是在2020年风力发电能力达到4万兆瓦，而目标是到2020年使风力发电能力达到3万兆瓦，我们的机会相当多。

希望能卖掉SERL全部股份

《21世纪》Steve，作为SeaEnergy的奠基人，公司在进入到海上可再生能源领域后遇到了什么困难？为何要选择出售SERL?

SteveRemp我认为在技术上是不存在问题或困难的。对于SeaEnergy这种规模相对较小的海上勘探公司来说，如果说有困难的话，那就是资金上的困难。我们都知道目前国际石油和气市场都是很不景气的。

我们认识到了筹集资金的困难，于是近发出通告，决定部分或全部出售SERL股份。我希望能卖掉全部股份。我非常希望也相信，也许有公司愿意对SeaEnergy进行智慧之选。

南通中远不可能收购SERL

《21世纪》那下一步会跟NCSC谈收购SERL的可能性吗？

StaadeckerNCSC不应该会有兴趣收购SERL，NCSC的业务范畴决定了SeaEnergy和NCSC之间只是在业务上寻求合作的关系。对于你所提出的假设，中远和NCSC从来没有和SeaEnergy就收购SERL的可能性进行过讨论，甚至连比较接近这个话题的问题都没有进行过讨论。

SteveRemp中远愿意同SeaEnergy合作，我们非常欢迎。我们也非常欢迎那些强大的公司来跟SeaEnergy进行合作和智慧之选，因为我们有在全球范围开展业务的雄心。目前已经有了一些有兴趣的买家，其中一些来自远东。

对于那些计划进入全球海上可再生能源市场的大公司来说，这是一个很好的收购机会。公司正在对全球的能源领域进行很多智慧之选，对SERL智慧之选将有助于政府实现发展海上风力发电能力的目标。

BP漏油事件与清洁能源

《21世纪》陆上风电发展相当快，你觉得发展海上风电与陆上风电相比，主要优势和劣势各是什么？

Staadecker可以几个比较来简单地说明。优先，同陆上相比，海上的风力更强、更具持续性，海上有比陆上更多可以利用的风能资源；第二，在沿海居住的人口远比在内陆居住的多，比如，东部沿海的人口要远远多于在西部居住的人口，在海上利用风力发电对沿海居民供电，可以充分发挥风力发电的能力和电能输送效率；第三，在海上可以安装比陆上更大的涡轮，从而使得风力发电效率和发电机的容量大幅提高。

《21世纪》Steve你如何看BP在墨西哥湾的漏油事件对整个能源行业带来的影响？海上风电市场会因此有更多机会吗？

SteveRemp我对在墨西哥湾发生的漏油事件深深地感到遗憾。我们曾经同BP有超过十年的合作，是很好的朋友。这场灾难刺激了公众，也影响到的利益，人们认识到海上石油平台是很危险的。

美国近了建立海上风力发电站的计划，我相信这样的海上风力发电站将会越来越多。公众和都将认识到，未来的能源供应将是混合型的，而清洁能源在未来将起到主导作用。
